Sunnydale’s mayor had it all planned out: he’d ascend to something akin to godhood, take on the form of a giant snake, and enslave all of humanity. Lofty, sure, but do-able. In fact, it would have been done had it not been for the endeavors of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and her Scooby Gang in the final episode of the series’ third season.

But, you know, you can’t keep a good demonic would-be despot down. This four-issue limited series from Dark Horse Comics finds the mayor’s ghost haunting Buffy’s dreams and leaping from recently dead body to recently dead body in an effort to stage his comeback and avenge his death at the hands of the Slayer and her friends.
