Through this hefty anthology title, fans can catch up on the core titles, i.e. Uncanny X-Men and X-Men (Vol. 2), the spinoffs, i.e. Generation X and X-Force, and the limited series, i.e. The Astonishing X-Men, which starred popular X-heroes Cyclops, Phoenix, Wolverine, Archangel, X-Man, and Cable.
