It started as a typical end of the shift at Las Vegas’ Crime Scene Investigation division. Another bad guy caught. But it’s an historical day too as one of the classic Las Vegas casinos is scheduled to be imploded. One onlooker thinks he sees a body falling out of the collapsing tower, but Grissom’s crack CSI team turns the site upside down in their search for a long dead corpse. Suddenly, things get very strange with a body turning up in the debris that’s only a month old and the hapless tourist who shot the video ends up getting killed in his own hotel room. Deadly things are happening in the town that never sleeps and it’s up to CSI to crack the case and stop a series of killings before more people end up in their morgue.

Steven Grant comes up with another well crafted mystery using the characters and locals of the popular CBS television series that swept the ratings during the early twenty–first century
