Moon Knight (4th Series)

When someone puts a hit out on one of his alter egos, Moon Knight must once again don cowl and cape before it is literally the death of him. The only people that know how to contact Marc Spector, Moon Knight’s mercenary-for-hire identity, are those from his “old days” with “the Company.” Moon Knight’s only clues are the Red Dragon tattoo worn by the assailants and a string of missing homeless individuals.

Doug Moench returns to script this twisting tale. Moench first brought Moon Knight to prominence in the early 1980s with his suspenseful and moody storytelling style. Mark Texeira’s art is perfectly suited for the silver and shadow vigilante. Reminiscent of Bill Sienkiewicz during his height of popularity on Moon Knight’s first ongoing series, Texeira renders the silver sentinel with haunting verisimilitude.
