In this one-shot team-up, Azrael must clear his already-tarnished name when he is linked with the unknown firebug that is setting half of the city afire. It’s only a matter of time before he meets Ashley Quinn, the firefighter who has become host to the alien known only as Ash. Together, this unlikely pair uncovers a plot spawned from the madness of a man obsessed with apocalyptic myth and an alien orphan with a pyrokinetic gift.

Not many writers can weave this many disparate elements into one intelligent, engaging mystery, but Denny O’Neil (Batman, Green Lantern/Green Arrow) is one of them. Ash co-creators Joe Quesada and Jim Palmiotti handle the art and inks.
