The Justice Machine (Innovation)

After various runs at Noble and Comico, The Justice Machine came to publisher Innovation for what may have been its last regular series. This series picks up after the New Justice Machine mini-series, and finds the team much changed since its story first began. Originally enforcers from the totalitarian planet Georwell, the members of the Justice Machine are now refugees who make their home on Earth. They have also made peace with former enemy Maxinor, whose democratic endeavors they were originally sent to stop.

As this series begins, the Justice Machine’s members are studying at a university and trying to overcome that most dread of all foes: the midterm exam. Of course, it wouldn’t be a Justice Machine series if there weren’t super-powered villains to be stopped, battles to fight, and worlds to save. After their long series of adventures, however, the team seems more like a family than a collection of super-heroes.
