Fast-paced sci-fi series Pixy Junket juggles various elements from classic Japanese manga, from robots to chases to demons. Tatsuki and Shin are two motorcyclists who witness extraterrestrials excavating a high-tech storage crate. When the cops arrive and fight the aliens, it leaves the two to investigate the contents of the box on their own. Inside the crate is the pixy of the title, a girl who cannot speak and has wings. When she attaches herself to Shin, all hell breaks loose in this slapstick adventure reminiscent—although not as funny—as the early 80s work of Rumiko Takahashi.
