Jack Cross

™ and © 2005 Warren Ellis & DC Comics, Inc.

Warren Ellis and Gary Erskine have crafted a hard-hitting tale about a G-man that reflects the climate of the world after September 11th. Following a massive explosion in Chicago, Jack Cross is brought in to ferret out information about a blown anti-terrorist operation. Typical of a Warren Ellis tale, the book feels authentic in its detail and raw in its execution as Cross goes about his investigation into troubles within the Department of Homeland Security. In a medium that is usually known for outrageous, over the top scenarios, Ellis and Erskine have created a book that feels like it may be taking place in our own reality.
