Consistently, one-dimensional women exist only to satisfy the sexual needs of men except for Nurse Ruko through a puerile point of view of female sexuality. Graphic sexual positions are depicted but the women have certain anatomical parts missing. Although intended for adult readers, do not expect a candid discourse between the sexes from this misogynist title.
