John Tensen was a narcotics officer working for the Justice Department. The mysterious “White Event” that birthed the New Universe acted as a catalyst to transform Tensen into something beyond human. He now has powers beyond imagining, a mission, as well as a new name: Justice.

Now walking the streets of New York, he seeks to fulfill his new mission. His left hand controls an unstoppable force shield, and his right wields an energy “sword” which disintegrates those it strikes. The first to receive its punishment were three thugs who killed an old lady for her Social Security check. The next was a drug dealer He followed the chain of corruption further to its source. When this was completed he embarked on a new mission: seeking out paranormals and judging them on whether or not they had used their powers properly. And his deadly sword deals a terrible death to those he deems have misused their powers.
