Millie Collins is the good-hearted star of this girls glamour series. She works as a model at the Hanover Agency with her good friend Toni and the catty Chili. The action in this series revolves around the world of fashion, where the women vie for choice jobs, try out the latest clothes and hairstyles, and struggle with more romantic entanglements than any soap opera.

This series is a rarity among Marvel titles, having run without interruption from the end of World War II up through the early 1970s. This incredible longevity is no doubt due to the remarkable support it enjoyed from its readers, many of whom submitted hairstyles and fashion ideas for Millie. Marvel honored these readers by using many different looks for Millie in each issue, making special note of the names of the readers who had suggested them.
