Bru-Hed’s Guide to Gettin’ Girls Now!

    (Schism, 1997)
™ and ©1997 Schism Comics

Just what the world needs: advice on getting the girl of your dreams from comicdom’s biggest, most sexist, blockhead. In a series of gag strips, Bru-Hed demonstrates his wily ways of getting the babes, and demonstrates why he’s probably been kicked in the privates more than any other comic character.

Some examples: the blushing “shy approach” in which he asks, “Wanna bob on my clown?,” or the piteous “desperate approach” which starts with a sob story, winds around to the woman saying “I’ll be your friend,” but ends with a rude proposal followed by a kick into orbit. Equally successful are the “complimentary approach,” the “physically challenged challenge” and other such techniques. Most embarrassing is the “biracial” approach that leaves the Bru-meister rapping away, or “know your partner” where Bru-Hed finally finds a woman who would go for his lewd proposal—only it turns out she’s not a woman!
