But here, Loki is an ancient god who exists in the body of a young boy and solves mystical mysteries. His son Fenrir has taken on the form of a dog and other Norse figures pop in from time to time. The young, childish cast of characters bounce from one silly caper to another while an ominous subplot involving assassination attempts by Odin always plays in the back of Loki’s mind.
