This anthology series visits the darker side of the human imagination with macabre tales of horror remenicient of EC Comics’ classic Tales from the Crypt series, albeit with a bit more graphic content. Written and drawn by leaders in the genre, such as James O. Barr (Crow), these tales of supernatural creatures and violent crimes are presented in black and white, enhancing the stories’ dark atmosphere. Rounding out the content, readers also treated to a series of pinups geared towards the “erotic horror” that Slash is known for.
