Paris

    (Slave Labor, 2005)
™ and ©2005 Andi Watson & Simon Gane

Lighthearted and fun, Paris is educational too: it translates French phrases and gives a little art history lesson as you read through the story of Juliet who is making her way through art school. Juliet has her conflicts too with difficult instructors, difficult clients, and difficult friends. It’s really tough to be a starving artist with all of these complications. Highly recommended for readers with more cerebral expectations from their comic books.
