Die-Cut vs. G-Force
(Marvel UK, 1993)
™ and ©1993 Marvel Comics UK, Ltd.
Published by Marvel Comics UK, this battle-themed title presents an intergalactic war between advanced scientific forces to which Earth is a backwater planet—and likely target. One figure in the midst of the war is Die-Cut, a one-time intelligent, reasoning scientist who has become a psychotic assassin with scythes on his arms, and a goal of exterminating all artificial life in the universe. Another combatant is G-Force, a man whose suit can manipulate gravity, and who took a job for the evil organization MyS-TECH for one reason: to destroy it from within. Although their goals against technology are similar, their paths bring them into battle. Will they join to fight the common evil before it’s too late?
The dense story and busy art styles of many Marvel UK titles made them a challenge to read, and this series is no exception. Written by John Freeman and drawn by John Royle.
