This clever title transposes classic tales and characters of the supernatural into the context of our current litigious world. Just like another comic book lawyer, the Sensational She-Hulk, Wolff and Byrd have a well-developed sense of humor, which probably comes in handy when you have a light-sensitive demon complaining about being left in the dark on his legal case and a story about a living undead dog titled Tails from the Crypt.

Batton Lash’s Wolff & Byrd, Counselors of the Macabre had long appeared as a strip in the Comic Buyer’s Guide and The National Law Journal. This series marks its debut as a regular comic book.
