The Punisher: War Zone

This 1992 Punisher series begins as the Punisher goes undercover to penetrate a Mafia family. As “Johnny Tower,” he signs on as hired muscle for the Carbone crime family. Once in the door, he distinguishes himself for his deadly effectiveness and soon begins working his way up the family’s chain of command. All the while, he strives to escalate the bloodshed between the Carbone family and its rivals—turning the underworld against itself.
