Legend has it that a lost tribe of Israel promised its god that there would always be ten righteous men in the world. To balance this, nature provided for the Nine: evil men whose purpose was to corrupt and destroy the Ten. The Nine proved almost impossible to resist, and in desperation, one of the Ten formed a renegade band, a wolfpack, whose members hid in the hills.

Millennia later, the pack’s spiritual descendants were a group of youngsters in the Bronx, gathered together by one Mr. Mack to fight drug pushers and other thugs. First appearing in Marvel Graphic Novel #31, the team carries on the fight in this twelve-issue limited series. Only this time, Mr. Mack is gone, and the Wolfpack must learn to survive on its own.
