The first few pages of this black-and-white title from California Comics features Freda Foxx (aka Superbitch) lying around naked, watching TV news reports about the Space Race. When something goes wrong with the Apollo mission, Superbitch reacts and heads into outer space, where she must take on the hostile denizens of a faraway planet. This is pretty gratuitous stuff in terms of nudity, sex, and violence. But it’s wacky underground fun.
