Dark Horse Down Under

Dark Horse features some of the best comics talent from Australia in this three-issue mini-series. Starting off the bunch is “The Undertaker” by Gary Chaloner and Ashley Wood. It’s a chilling tale of madness and murder as a madman who grew up in a graveyard goes hunting the serial killer who murdered his family and drove him over the edge.

Amongst the other stories featured here is cosmic fairy tale “Aquarine” and Eddie Campbell’s “The Crafty Bastard Sisyphus.” Campbell is famous for his “Deadface” tales of Greek gods walking the modern world. He adds to that tradition with this new story of how the cunning Sisyphus tangles with Zeus and cheats death time and time again to this day.
