This inspired black-and-white title stars Moe, Investigator of the Odd. Armed with his handy-dandy magnifying glass, his Encyclopedia of the Odd, and his Compass of the Odd and sporting the goggles that he never seems to take off, Moe looks into all manner of bizarre phenomena—from spirits with Tourette’s Syndrome to Amish cyborgs— in short, whatever threatens the citizens of Spiral City and the world. Moe is aided in his efforts by his buddy Robin, an unemployed clown, and his landlord Moose, who “owns the freshest smelling bar in Spiral City.”
