Family Affair concerns the story of swinging bachelor Bill Davis who is annoyed in typical Brian Keith fashion when he has to take care of his late brother’s three children teenager Cissy, and child twins Buffy and Jody. To help out with the upbringing, Uncle Bill recruits the services of his butler, Mr. French (played by Winnie the Pooh narrator Sebastian Cabot) and of course, chaos and comedy ensues. Affair ran from 1966-1971 and inspired this similarly tenured comic book series.
