Sentry/Hulk

    (Marvel, 2001)
™ and ©2001 Marvel Characters, Inc.

Allegedly created by Stan Lee before the newsstand debut of Fantastic Four no. 1, the Sentry is the greatest super-hero the Marvel Universe does not remember, and Sentry/Hulk is one of several one-shot follow-ups to the Marvel Knights limited series that chronicles the Sentry’s “return.” Here, the Golden Guardian “reunites” with the Green Goliath, and we learn of the ever-incredible Hulk’s forgotten days as one of the world’s greatest heroes and the Sentry’s partner in the pursuit of justice.

Paul Jenkins (Peter Parker: Spider-Man) weaves some intriguing “lost” history in this tragic tale that is beautifully illustrated by the legendary Bill Sienkiewicz (New Mutants).
