Consider the nature of trust. Love and understanding flourish when it’s offered. Fear and jealousy cloud judgement when it’s withheld. This one-shot is an all-too-brief partnership between Ghost and the Shadow. A jade idol symbolizing the Chinese goddess of death has been freed from its Tibetan monastery prison. Morally corrupt men aware of its dreadful power seek to release the imprisoned evil and Ghost is the unsuspecting key. However, the vigilante specter must place trust in the hands of a man and not any ordinary man but the Shadow. The possibility of losing one’s soul is not a decision to be taken lightly, when you’re a ghost.
