Super Richie

    (Harvey, 1975-1979)
™ and ©1976 Harvey Comic Publications

What does the richest kid in the world do for fun? Why dress up as a super-hero of course!

At least that’s what Richie Rich does in each issue of Richie Rich As Super Richie. Entertaining crowds with their amazing acrobatic feats, Rich and his trusty butler Cadbury don their tights and become Rippy and Crashman! But of course, trouble seems to follow the poor little rich boy everywhere he goes, and Richie Rich As Super Richie is no exception. From the villainous Badman to run of the mill street thugs, Rippy and Crashman are always eager to show the bad guys the error of their ways.

One of the most loved comic book characters of all time, Richie Rich has starred in dozens of titles over the decades. The character was eventually even turned into a cartoon series as well as a live action movie starring child actor Macaulay Culkin. Originally a backup story for other Harvey Comics titles, Richie Rich grew in popularity and even spawned several titles himself.
