Truth be told, high school is a bust for Will. He makes decent grades, but certainly isn't a star student. With only one close friend, he mainly keeps to himself. And his only extracurricular activity is playing music with his friend, which doesn't exactly count for much on a résumé.

When a fellow student teases him about this lackluster life, Will takes action and auditions for a local play. The other actors are surprisingly friendly and he channels his own uncertainty to give a dead-on reading of the play’s lead. Has he finally found his calling, or will he be rejected just as he’s started to enjoy this new addition to his life?
