It is the Xenozoic Era. After a series of cataclysmic upheavals which killed billions, mankind retreated to the bowels of the Earth. After 450 years humanity returned to the surface and discovered a world populated with dinosaurs. Society has settled into a number of tribes and city-states, each with its own politics. The grudging respect that independent explorer Jack Tenrec and ambassador Hannah Dundee have for each other is fertile territory for tales of adventure and romance.

This title is the brainchild of Mark Schultz, whose keen eye for the human figure is reminiscent of Wally Wood. It is a book that could be considered self-indulgent since it features elements that Schultz is personally a fan of: namely beautiful women, dinosaurs, and big cars with tailfins. These stories were later collected, colored and reprinted by Epic under the title, Cadillacs and Dinosaurs.
