Slapstick

Steve Harmon was always the class clown: from acting out the movie “Robot Monster” (in costume) for class reports to delivering cadavers to the faculty dinner. His latest trick involved dressing up as a clown and sneaking into the traveling carnival that had just come to town. Once inside, he fell straight into an unbelievable plot.

It seems that the “carnival clowns” were really fiendish aliens from Dimension X. Their goal: to kidnap Earthlings, change them into bozos, and use them as the vanguard for an invasion force. In costume, Steve managed to cross into their dimension to foil the plan. But in making the inter-dimensional crossing, the molecules in his body became changed into “electroplasm,” an indestructible material. Armed with his newfound abilities (and a host of gimmicks built into his costume), he stopped the invasion. Now Steve has become the kind of clown he could only dream of before in this wacky, goofball series.
