This magazine sized, self-published title follows the trials and tribulations of a man who is addicted to the drug Whisp—a chemical that grants the user a glimpse into the future. But for Curt Blake, that addiction has lead him down dark roads and even darker futures. Caught in a bizarre government initiative to control Whisp users, Blake has been transferred from rehab center to rehab center for what seems the better part of his life. It is only when a vicious drug dealer named Collins holds back the drug from Curt that he starts to have visions of his past and the people who betrayed him. And it is when Curt is at his most sober—suffering through withdrawals—that he realizes his need for vengeance. With stark black and white artwork, this is a hard–hitting comic with little remorse for the weak–stomached.
