Andromeda Mooncrest, a low-caste member of the galactic ruling body known as the Functionary, has worked hard to get where she is. As a young pilot in government service, Mooncrest is eager to make a name for herself. She does, but not in the way she hoped, when she meets the infamous Sister Crenn—the Functionary’s most-wanted criminal—and finds herself a fugitive from the government she’s sworn to serve. But Crenn, who is wanted for the murder of 1 trillion beings (a crime she may or may not have committed), is on something of a holy mission, one that may end the rule of the Functionary itself. Will Mooncrest stop Crenn—or join her? Scott Lobdell (Uncanny X-Men) makes a game stab at a sweeping galactic epic, while Roberto Flores is on hand to make sure that, if the story falls flat, at least readers will have some gorgeous women to look at.
