Diabolik is a long‑running Italian crime comic series published by Astorina, and considered the defining title of the fumetti neri (dark comics) genre. It follows Diabolik, a cold, brilliant master thief and assassin who uses disguises, advanced gadgets, and meticulously planned heists across the fictional city of Clerville, often alongside his partner Eva Kant while evading his relentless pursuer Inspector Ginko. Originally a ruthless killer, Diabolik evolved into a morally ambiguous anti‑hero guided by personal codes of honor.
