Bloodwulf is ultra-violence with a smile on its face—death with a sense of humor. The character was introduced in Image Comics’ Darker Image #1 in 1992, although very little background was given until this 1995 series debuted.

Very much like DC Comics’, Lobo, Bloodwulf is an intergalactic bad boy, causing a commotion everywhere he goes. This four-issue mini-series opens with a disgruntled Bloodwulf. He hasn’t indulged in senseless violence for a while. His wife makes him go find someone to beat up because he is driving her crazy by loitering around the house. The rest of the series chronicles Bloodwulf’s adventures as he drives around the galaxy on his galactic gun/starship.
