Extreme Justice

Five former members of The Justice League have banded together to form a new version of the team, a.k.a. Extreme Justice. The new team includes Captain Atom, Blue Beetle, Booster Gold, and Maxima. They have left the Wonder Woman-led Justice League and taken up residence in Mount Thunder, an abandoned silver mine and secret military installation in Nevada.

Captain Atom is the leader of the crew as they take on their first enemy, a secret program with operations deep in the heart of Mount Thunder. Five different presidents have approved the project’s budget without ever seeing its true goal—now Synge, the power behind the project, wants to put a stop to Captain Atom before he can expose their plans.
