Rick Geary is well-known for his work on the recent Classics Illustrated series for First Comics. His work on this title shows a far more surrealistic bent. Prairie Moon collects fourteen of Geary’s cartoon stories, ranging from the amusing tale of a sheet music salesman and disaster-bringer on the open prairie, to virtually indecipherable surveys of architecture and history.
