Cosmo Quinn, the Human Fly-turned-window washer; the acerbic cocktail waitress, Jezebel; and JJ, the would-be construction worker, return in this sequel to the 1996 mini-series, Terminal City. The illustrations supplied by Michael Lark are an integral element in the peculiar events and eccentric characters that define this highly stylized, Art Deco city. The mysterious circumstances begin with an extremely offensive skywriter and continue with another hapless victim falling through the skylight of the Herculean Arm…just as in the original series.
