Rudi Lance was a good cop, one of the best. But that was until he was killed in the line of duty. Or was he? Rudi has returned, not as a cop but as the mysterious vigilante hero Strapped. And as he gradually encounters friends, foes, and lovers from his old life, he begins to question the path he has now chosen, which is greatly at odds from his past. He doesn’t have much time for introspection, though, as his former partner, Melissa, has been kidnapped, and only he can save her. Moreover, she might be the key to him getting his old life back again. And his problems don’t end there; his brother has vowed to bring him in for operating outside the law…just as Rudi has vowed to bring down the criminal Calverone, the man who stole his life in the first place.

This black-and-white series incorporates occasional photos into the artwork to create a unique storytelling approach. Written and drawn by Derreck Wayne Jackson, self-published by Gothic Image Studios.
