Superman retires and leaves Earth forever.

What?!

Well, that’s what the world believes anyway. That is, except for a chosen few who know Superman personally. Lois Lane suspects that something’s up. Supergirl, Steel, and Superboy join forces to get to the bottom of the matter. What they find is a cloaked starship with Superman, a prisoner being tortured inside. A being calling himself the Antihero has spent a long time cruising across the universe, capturing super-heroes, stealing their powers and then destroying them. Now they must band together to rescue Superman and defeat this being who is hundreds of super-heroes rolled into one.
