Fat Freddy’s Comics & Stories

    (Rip Off, 1983, 1985)
™ and © Rip Off Press

Fat Freddie was one of the three strung out hippies of Gilbert Shelton’s classic The Fabulous Furry Freak Brothers. Freddie owned an anatomically correct orange cat that was much more “real” than Heathcliff or Garfield and was featured in a back up strip and later spun-off into his own title called The Adventures of Fat Freddie’s Cat. Comics and Stories takes the best of both of these series, reprinting adventures that star Fat Freddie, as well as a few new ones.
