Rango

Rango was comedian Tim Conway’s umpteenth attempt to have a hit TV series of his own. Always best known for his crazy antics on The Carol Burnett Show, Conway longed for the spotlight, but repeatedly had to resort to being the second banana to Burnett and Harvey Korman, a role he still plays from time to time today. In Rango, Conway plays an inept Texas Ranger. The TV show only lasted nine months, the comic book an even shorter time.
