Matt Chaney—subject 999—has escaped from a prison where he and his fellow convicts were treated as anything but human beings; they were experimented on like laboratory rats. In some cases, the experiments created mindless super-soldiers—like Chaney’s friend Mickey McBride—but in Chaney’s case, a normal man now has a demonic right arm that spells trouble for those who would recapture him. This is sort of “The Fugitive” meets “The Terminator,” and, truth be told, it’s pretty darn good!
