Billy Cole is an infant with an attitude, a baby with the strength of an adult. Wasting no time, Cole crawls out of his mother’s womb, tears off the umbilical cord, and fights crime. “I’ll be right back, mom. I’ve got to stop evil from destroying the world,” he vows in the first issue as he ventures into the city to fight brain-eating zombies. Ted Seko writes an allegorical tale wherein evil is pumped into the air like pollution and workers are living zombies.
