Jack Armstrong

™ and ©1948 Parents’ Magazine Institute, Inc.

Jack Armstrong was first heard over a Chicago radio station in 1933. Jack and sidekick Billy Fairfield experience adventures all over the world and take on all comers. The material is dated but nonetheless entertaining as each issue includes adventure short stories, full color comics, hobby pages and mystery serials. More importantly is the portrayal of real-life heroes and perhaps the world needs more of ordinary people performing extraordinary feats than reading about men running around in tights. Step right up and shake hands with Jack Armstrong, the All-American Boy-hero, amateur sleuth and upstanding young man!
