This black-and-white, magazine-size indie from writer/artist Paul Sharar finds loser Red Calloway leading a lonely life, hanging out in a strip bar, and being tormented by his ex-girlfriend, a leather-faced comedian, the manly image of a movie hunk, and a self-gratifying clown. That’s life in the big city for Red Calloway, and the loss of his job and the theft of the inheritance left to him by his grandmother don’t help to improve things for Red either. Slice-of-strange-life, to be sure!
