The twelve issues of this series skip back and forth between World War II and the world as it stands a century later. The premise is that future people went back in time to fight in World War II, changing history. Instead of Nazi Germany having lost a humiliating defeat, it emerged victorious. And now the future is suffering as a result.

In 2039, the world is torn apart by the great Planet Wars, a bloody conflict whose roots can be traced to the Nazi’s victory a hundred years earlier. Somehow, commander Oberlicht of the Tigers of Terra must find a way to achieve victory, if not to set the world right again in the first place.
