Lobo’s Back

    (DC, 1992)
DC

It’s hard to imagine a less sympathetic character than Lobo. He’s ugly, rude, amoral, murderous, and relishes just about every vice and bad habit known to man or alien. In short, he’s the definition of “Bad to the Bone.”

First appearing in Omega Men #3, he’s always been a villain, and he shows no sign of redemption. In this new series, Lobo is a bounty hunter out to bring in another ultra-violent alien named Loo. Loo kills Lobo, but that’s not about to calm Lobo down. When he’s sent to Heaven, he causes so much trouble that they try to throw him out…but Hell doesn’t want him either. When they’re forced to take him anyway, they have to give him back to Heaven because Lobo’s having too much fun in Hell. Reluctantly, Heaven decides to reincarnate Lobo, although they make one or two physical changes…
