Psycho Killers

Comics have seen some scary monsters over the years, but none more frightening than the real life monsters depicted in this series. Comic Zone’s Psycho Killers series delves into the backgrounds and crimes of some of the most infamous serial killers and mass murderers the world has ever seen. Included are bios on “Helter Skelter” murderer Charles Manson, “Son of Sam” killer David Berkowitz, and the infamous Ed Gein—a psychotic whose house was decorated with bits of his victims’ bodies. The stories of these and many others are told in all their heinous detail—from their almost universally unhappy childhoods to their crimes, trials, and sentencing.

In a move that proves life is indeed stranger than fiction, sales of the eleventh volume of this series (The Hillside Strangler) was suspended following a lawsuit one of the stranglers filed against Eclipse Comics for “unauthorized use of his story” in their True Crime trading cards.
