Ramm is a 300-pound, horned alien: the last survivor of a planet turned to dust by a secret space government known as Galactic Central.

He lands on Earth, hanging on to a piece of space rock, and after a quick mind-mingling with a vagrant named Boozer, he begins his wild adventures on our planet.

Ramm will face genetic mutations, battling buccaneers, demons, and worst of all, the criminal mastermind named Rex Ruthless. But will even Ramm be able to save the world if Galactic Central turns its gaze towards Earth?
