Hazard is a justice-for-money man scraping out a marginal existence tracking down bail-skippers when he’s abducted and reengineered into a buffed-out war machine, controlled by a mysterious mastermind. Bad attitude and super-toughness make Hazard a handful for the various lowlifes on his hit list.

The Frank Miller-inspired art is filled with dark shadows and mouths full of intensely clenched teeth, and there’s plenty of action as Hazard tackles his missions with gusto.
