When Jim Lee, Rob Liefeld, Todd McFarlane, and the other Image creators left Marvel to form Image, they secured their place as comic book superstars. However, there were also a number of people who were less than thrilled by their success.

Kill Image is the story of one such man, a comic book self-publisher who suddenly finds himself cut off from normal distribution channels. Feeling that a squeeze play is in progress, he grabs a gun and sets out to do something about it. One by one, he seeks out Rob Leftfield, Todd McFairlane, and Jim (presumably Jim Lee), and dishes out some lethal criticism of their work. Only when he is done does he discover that Marble (Marvel) comics has stolen the name of his own comic, Plague.
